If you thrive in a high-energy, interactive setting, our 25-hour in-person training is for you! Over 4 to 5 action-packed days, Master Trainers Allie & NoNo will guide you through choreography, cueing, sequencing, music, and everything you need to teach with confidence. Beyond these immersive hours, learning continues with homework, self-study, and practice. After the in-person portion, you’ll complete the health, safety, and anatomy modules online, along with your final exam. You have 6 months to wrap up the online portion and submit your exam video assessment.

Jump in anytime and work through our video lessons, lectures, and reading materials at your own speed. You have 6 months to complete the written exam and to submit your final Barre Assessment—giving you plenty of time to practice, perfect, and pulse with confidence.
